To properly choose the size of a shirt, blouse or sweater, measure the circumference of the chest, waist and hips. Place the centimeter at the widest point of the chest, the narrowest point of the waist and the widest point of the hips.

Lingerie

Hat and cap

Women's shoes
To choose the most comfortable footwear size, measure the length of the foot from the tip of the longest finger to the end of the heel.
